February 2003,

IADTDA initiated national contest "My World without Drugs and
Violence" for best picture, posters, commixes, collages and
graffiti amongst the 2nd- to 8th-grade students. It was a part
of IADTDA's program "Music and Arts Instead of Drugs". Aqva Vita
mineral water, an IADTDA's product of "Water Instead of Drugs"
project,
has been to the participants in all sub-contests.

Non-Governmental Organizations, (UN DPI/NGO) in New York. Preparation to the International Council on Alkohol and
Addictions, ICAA Conference in Budapest, Hungary 23-28 October, 2005.
April 2006
- IADTDA’s representatives participated in the 15th Session of UN Drug and Crime Commission 23-28 April 2006 at Vienna. The
IADTDA’s statement on 25 April to the Commission was that the Association recommends the establishment of regional pilot
programs for asset confiscation of illicit proceeds and laundered monies from organized crime groups, corrupt government
and corporate officials, and financial institutions with links to terrorist groups. The Bangkok Declaration calls for the
operationalization of the confiscations and repatriation statutes in the Palermo Conventions and subsequent treaties, and
this would go a long way toward reducing drugs-crime-terror activities, and provide much needed resources to achieve the
synergy and outcomes objectives of the UNODC and the international community.
May 2006
- On 12 of May 2006, IADTDA called a General Assembly meeting, which took place in International center for Human Adaptation
(Trivia Antique Hotel). Mr. Roumen Boyadjiev, Executive Director of IADTDA, Boyadjiev made a Summary Report on IADTDA activities
during the last five years. Mr. Boyadjiev put main accents on the severity of the problems in the region: Balkans suffer from
high levels of crime, drug trafficking, and drug abuse. He reiterated a call for renewed intra-agency cooperation to deal
with these problems. He also pointed the need of strategic alliances and public support to legal business initiatives and
to IADTDA Development Program in particular. Mr. Boyadjiev stated that the development of banking and commerce could have a
favourable impact on the future development of different kinds of programs aimed drug fighting. On the other hand, the
continuing prevalence of fraud, money laundering and corruption, if it not tackled, will cause problems even more serious in
these relations.

at the meeting. The General Assembly elected new Board of Directors and Mr. Raymond E. Kendall, Honorary Secretary General
of INTERPOL as Honorary Chairman of IADTDA.
The General Assembly accepted the status of the Vita Rasa Order Award, which is being presented to nationally and internationally known
personalities for their exceptional contribution in fighting drug abuse and drug trafficking, successful solving of drug
related issues and popularizing of healthy way of life. IADTDA awarded Mr. Raymond Kendall, Honorary Secretary General of
INTERPOL with the Vita Rasa Order and announced its nominations for year 2006 as follows:

2006 – IADTDA joined the International
Money Laundering Information Network (IMoLIN), with its Anti-Money Laundering International Database (AMLID), an
Internet-based network assisting governments, organizations, and individuals in the fight against money laundering

March 2007 – IADTDA representatives participated in the
Commission on Narcotic Drugs, CND UNODC, Vienna, Austria. The Association presented its Lost Souls Memorial Project, which
idea is to build a series of monuments/memorials in different cities around the world, at the places where there is a drugs

The IADTDA’s Executive Director, Mr. Roumen Boyadjiev, handed in an open
letter to the Libyan representative with appeal to free Bulgarian medics that have been wrongly convicted to a death
penalty, which was a part of the international campaign “You Are Not Alone” that supported the foreign medics.
May 2007 - IADTDA has shared innovative business strategies with the UNODC,UNDP, WHO and
presented at the ECOSOC, DESA, Office of the President of the General Assembly, Preliminary Innovations Fair Meeting at UN-HQ
New York on 2 May, 2007. IADTDA was one of four NGO that have been officially invited to that event.
IADTDA has developed a range of
business products and services aimed at generating legitimate income and economic opportunities as a viable alternative to
illicit and criminal activities. Investing in local and global business, an partnering with members worldwide, the IADTDA has
developed a network of pathways leading out of the poverty of addictions. The IADTDA implements Nano-Tech Embed System for
fool-proof laser authentication of all currencies and commodities.
2007 - IADTDA representatives and
took part and made a presentation of the current projects and Success Story at the
Innovations Fair of the Annual Ministerial Review “Strengthening efforts to eradicate poverty and hunger,
through the global partnership for development”of the UN Economic and Social Council on Progress in meeting the
Millennium Development Goals at UN-HQ, and UN Geneva, Switzerland. IADTDA also participated in the UN Global Compact
sessions Round-Tables on Joining NGO’s, business and UN agencies in anti corruption efforts.
The Association’s representatives met with Mr. Ban Ki-moon, UN Secretary General, HH Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prime
Minister of Bahrain, HH Hassan, Prince of Jordan, and other officials.
August 2007 – IADTDA joined the United
Nations Global Compact - an international initiative that brings companies together with UN agencies, labor and civil society to
support universal environmental and social principles.

March 2008 - a delegation of the IADTDA and the Eurasian Antiterrorist

The Award was proposed by Vita Raza "1st degree to be awarded Fidel Castro for his contributions in the fight against drugs, and
promotion of clean, healthy life in Cuba and the world as the undisputed leader of state, popular leader and a major global history personality.
On this occasion IADTDA delegation visited Cuba.

At the invitation of A. M. Costa, Director of UNODC, IADTDA participate in the 52 th session of the United Nations on Drugs and
senior segment with more than 1400 delegates from 130 countries and organizations.
The U.S. delegation showed "the new face” of an Obama's administration. Were shared achievements of American NGOs, supported
by the federal government, CADCA-community anti-drug coalitions in America, including more than 5000 communities, chaired by Gen.mayor
Arthur Dean, a veteran of the U.S. Army.

At the U.S. Ambassador in UN Vienna George Schulte reception invite
international NGOs at his residence by demonstrating the readiness of the new administrati-on
to take the best practices from
those, working directly against drugs among people in the world.
At a meeting of NGOs, led by David Turner, Pres. of the Vienna of the UN
Committee of NGOs, Roumen Boyadjiev made a brief statement, approved the new policy for the mobilization of NGOs
(offered by IADTDA 5 years ago).
Rumen Boyadjiev and Pier Luciano Aldrovandi were invited
to visit the Austrian Parliament and met with lawmakers.

March 2010 In the gallery of the National Arts Academy within the program Art Against Drugs was presented the
exhibition of artists from Turkey, called "21 Artists of 21 Century”. It is organized on the initiative
of one of the most famous Turkish artists Prof. Devrim Erbil and includes pictures of different generations
of authors studied in his atelier. This significant cultural event was supported by the Embassy of the
Republic of Turkey in Sofia, and Bulgarian Academy of Science. Speeches of Prof. Devrim Erbil, Dean of

IADTDA members established International Assistance Center (IAC) www.internationalac.org,
with main objectives:
• To promote the development and strengthening of international cooperation
and exchange information in culture, education in social sphere.
• To encourage and support efforts of civil society aimed at creating and promoting tolerant and human relations among representatives of
different nations, based on the common recognition of international and national civil rights legislation.
• To promote the protection of
constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens, in direct cooperation with other NGOs, governmental institutions and individuals.

• IADTDA signed a cooperation agreement with "CAD-ITALIA" - Center for hearing problems and free
association of individuals wishing to contribute their actions and their commitment to social
development in the country; Promotes the development and social policy with concrete action of the citizens for the real needs of people.
• The main purpose of "CAD - ITALIA" is to protect and assist people who have been deprived of fundamental
civil rights equality. Re-integration into social life, enrich their personal knowledge, support cultural,
artistic or scientific research and studies, including providing scholarships and prizes for research,
seminars and training courses. By focusing on the poorest sections of society, "CAD - ITALIA" provides
them the opportunity to use the legitimate right of defense
and justice and protection in emergencies.

Diamond and Military Club Agency organized Charity Christmas BALL of the Central Military Club Sofia.
At the resurrection of traditional Officer’s Ball, committed to the charitable cause - to help children
of soldiers died in the performance of their patriotic duty were presented The Minister of Defense
Gen. Anyu Angelov, Mayor of Triaditsa District Mr. Evtim Evtimov and many Miss Bulgaria.
Sculpture and paintings of famous Bulgarian artists were donated to be sold for fund raising of the event.

received the honorary signs of the Italian police services from
Chief Inspector Benedetto Cestone for international contributions and friendship with Italy.

2011. Nessebar, Bulgaria. The Twelfth edition of the Balkan Film Festival for Children, "Art Amphora" was organized by
the "Golden Amphora” foundation, with the assistance of Bulgarian National TV, Nessebar Municipality, IADTDA and
Eurasian Academy of Television and Radio. International jury from Russia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina,
with his President
Roumen Nikolov, Presented the Television Awards for distinguished films from 40 participants.
The cocktail for the opening of the festival was hosted by Stavri Kalinov and Gallery "Hadjiev" – cultural center in the old city.

from the National School of Cinematography, Russia, a dramatic story on a real case for deliverance from drug addiction.

May 23th, 2012.
On the day of 20 years since the assassination of Judge Giovanni Falcone, at the invitation of the Municipal Council
on Drugs Blagoevgrad, Roumen Boyadjiev, Executive Director of IADTDA and Alexander Kundos, Director of New Technologies and Chairman of ICA,
participated at the floral tributes on the memorial plaque on the courthouse in Blagoevgrad.
June 6th, 2012.
IADTDA representatives participated at the fourth ceremony of the Prize, in memory of the Italian judge Giovanni Falcone,
the Bulgarian magistrates and police, achieved significant results in fighting organized crime, in particular in the fight
against drug trafficking. The initiative of the Regional Council on drugs in
Blagoevgrad in cooperation with the Municipality of Blagoevgrad and under the patronage of the
Italian Embassy in Sofia, was welcomed by most major Bulgarian institutions and
highly appreciated by the President of the Foundation "Giovanni Falcone and Francesca," Mrs. Maria Falcone, personally presented
the first awards: for judges – to Judge Katia Beliova for the first confiscation of property acquired by criminal; and for policeman –
to Yavor Kolev for having revealed pedophile networks on the Internet.
IADTDA supports the initiatives of the Regional
Council on drugs of Blagoevgrad, appreciate their example and best practices and will help them to promote this award in the future.

Annual meeting of the members of IADTDA from fifteen countries was held at Trivia-Antique hotel, International Center
for Human Adaptation. The Report of The Executive Director was reviewed and accepted; Changes of The Board Members were

February 13, 2013. Students
of the Faculty of Education of Southwest University "Neofit Rilski" Blagoevgrad and Municipal Councils on Drugs, Blagoevgrad supported
by the District Court Blagoevgrad, District Prosecutor's Office, the Bar Association, presented in court interactive process associated
with the distribution and use of drugs to prevent the spread of drugs and effects on youth educational processes in the judiciary.
The event was followed with great interest by students and broadcasted on national television. IADTDA support the initiative and the
Executive Director R.Boyadjiev awarded the participants.

of June, International Day against Drugs, at the East Hall of Bulgarian National Parliament, with participation of Parliament members, Heads of
the Security, Health and Education commissions of the 43rd National Assembly, all the Municipality Drug Councils, NGO and other
institutions.

“May God help that with joint efforts of all people of good will we manage to divert young people from using drugs and show them the right creative way, because
of this depends not only whether they will live fully here on earth, but also the salvation of their souls for Eternity”, said the Bulgarian Patriarch Neophyte.
On the occasion of the International Day against Illicit Trafficking, June 26,
His Holiness the Bulgarian Patriarch and Sofia Metropolitan Neophyte met Roumen Boyadjiev –
Director of the IADTDA, Dr. Violeta Lyubenova – Chairman of the Municipal Drug Council (MDC) – Blagoevgrad, Magdalena Rahova – MDC’s
Secretary and coordinator of youth volunteers, Assist. Prof. Dr. Mariana Shehova-Kanelova from Southwestern University “Neofit Rilski” who have joined forces to prevent
and combat drug addiction.
The meeting was attended by Archimandrite Gerasim – Ch. Secretary of the Holy Synod, Sc. Angel Angelov – coadjutor of the Diocese of Sofia,
and Alexandra Milanova – Head of Department “Public Relations”.
During the meeting were discussed the dangers of narcotics of any kind, both for the individual and for society as a whole, the trends
means of their delivery and the critical need to join forces in combating them.
At the end of the meeting Patriarch Neophyte gave his guests an icon of the Virgin Mary called “Inexhaustible cup”, prayer before which helps people who have fallen into
alcohol or drug dependence.
